      Flexible working environment (Hybrid work culture), Opportunity to work in Offshore, Onshore, Hydrogen, Specialty chemicals etc.

      Cons

      Chennai office is back end office, hence treated as subcontractor by other KBR operating centers, Too much variety of project leading to lack of expertise
