Great colleagues and collaborative team with strong technical expertise. Flexible remote work options. Freedom to evolve within the position and take initiative.

Cons

Workload and stress levels have increased following the departure of more experienced management. Development processes are loosely structured, which often leads to a high number of bugs and unexpected delays. Communication from upper management—particularly during customer interactions and company-wide meetings—can be unclear and unstructured at times.
