Pros
Nice benefits, language learning payment, graduation course payment, lot of interpersonal relations. Career plan well stablished
Cons
Very law salary [at least in Brazil]. No flexibility, although it would be possible to do 90% of your work at home. Every step in the career plan increases almost nothing in your whole salary, except for a Manager [after about 5-6 years].
