      Very nice environment to lear, dynamic with different project in the Consulting area. Great client-facing experiences, and competent managers to coach you.

      Cons

      Internal employees receive way less than external hires, they should have a policy to promote internals rather than hiring from outside. Moving to a different area or career path is not easy as well.
