      Nice to work inside, but doubtful for future career

      Nice pay, nice office, a lot of supportive materials and trainings, feels like they trust in you.

      Cons

      Infrastructure problems, because of which you couldn't work properly most of the time, but most important that the prospects are very unclear, especially if you are going to work outside of Russia.
