      Pros

      Depending of the position and location, the payroll can be very competitive.

      Cons

      A layoff culture imposed worldwide, if you are not part of a "clan" or does not do vital information retention, you will be expelled. Behing the engineering culture stand a very strong "real politics" backstage. Don't even try to speak about inclusion, or anything related.

      Moderate to high load, good remote work (for now), good teammates.

      Cons

      Top management is more often out of touch that it is to be desired for a company of such size. A lot of self-affirmation instead of reflection. Many short projects don't go anywhere, some don't serve any purpose.
