      colleagues are friendly, work hours can be flexible

      a. Regional and global leaders lack experience and competence, yet act as if they are seasoned experts. This might be manageable if limited to one or two individuals. However, some managers are incompetent and have never performed the functional work in their careers. b. Decisions lack data-driven approaches. Management sets unattainable targets as a means to reduce your bonus payouts. c. There is excessive office politics between teams, which is disappointing. d. Despite being a 20+ year-old company, the organization remains flexible (or rather, disorganized), primarily due to global leadership issues.
