The office space and the surrounding area are extremely homely and comfortable. Frequent teambuilding activities. Talented coworkers. Flexible hours. Probably the best insurance plan in the country. For those who have kids - great family support and loads of kids activities. Two gyms with all you need.
Cons
Employees are often not trying to make friendships, often feeling lonely even when surrounded by people. Many employees have no idea of the company structure and of the less popular products. It's not enough to meet all of your expectations and be a perfect employee to get a bonus - for that, you'd have to do something that improves the whole department (or even company) performance. Ah, and the coffee in the patio could be so much better - but that's only a subjective opinion.
