      Salary - purposely kept higher than average in region Internal communications - good HR and internal tecnical team Project opportunities - big company with many projects and it's easy to switch teams

      Cons

      Slow career progression - big company means that it's hard to advance in carreer Interns kept as interns without promoting them to juniors as long as company
