      Very friendly people, good onboarding and education programs, great business processes

      Cons

      Salaries lower than average. Sometimes, it's not obvious why some of the events took place. For example, my last department was cut in a half, and no one really told us why, and also it was very sudden. At first, it was presented as a simple reorganization, and that no one will be left without a work, and later, the half of the department was cut. So, you have to be very careful with top management.
