      : Good products : Awesome CEO : Great brand recall

      Cons

      : People driving the business do not understand security business : Unprofessional behaviour with the staff : HR function is just a formality : Unethical approach in driving business : Person driven organisation : Lack of processes and procedures : Lack of clarity : You may also experience some people from the management using abusing language for you and your country.
