Majority of key positions in our company are occupied by Russian citizens because the company’s headquarter is located in Russia. However, all those opportunities are open to any employee willing to relocate. - Alena Reva

      Constant corporate restructuring/lay-offs. Company is cheap and this impacts how the business is run. Excessive turnover in recent years.
