      Pros

      Stability is the main pros. There is a solid bonus for the birth of a child. Good office, although it's open space.

      Cons

      Bullying isn't uncommon and you would better to learn it too here.

      Great company, poor career growth & development

      Pros

      Work with some really great people Great offices Flexible working Great products, interesting technologies

      Cons

      Zero opportunities for promotion outside Moscow / for non Russians No career development or clear path Unclear goals and performance reviews - have never had one Permanently in re-org - or preparing for one Don't address problems, beyond acknowledging them - "suck it up" mentality Good performance in a role often means you get stuck in it Often over loaded
