      Good company, could use some tweaks at the top

      Pros

      - great product - some great opportunity to grow and advance within the company - benefits are really good - office looks great after some recent renovations

      Cons

      - geopolitical headwinds cause a lot of distractions - lots of shifts in strategy which aren’t always communicated well - priorities are odd - for example, recently held a kickoff where top management outlined goals for the year and expectations including always adding value in everything we do, always taking things to the next level, etc. Then, one week later, a senior officer spent several days moving employees chairs around so that they match while totally disregarding employee comfort. Just odd and a poor job “leading by example” when everyone is expected to work hard.

      Glad to hear that you are happy overall. There are a lot of things that go into renovations that happen behind the scenes and are not always apparent to everyone in the office. Do you think that it would be helpful to have a “Town Hall” style meeting where everyone can ask questions and have them addressed by our management team?       Top quality tech, great people, stuck in a rut

      Pros

      Great people for the day to day job in London office. Office is top notch. Salary very competitive, not too micro-managed. Tech in product is high quality.

      Cons

      Top management are lacking in modern appreciation and methods for todays marketplace. Lack emotional and organisational maturity.

We do believe it's necessary from time to time to make adjustments to how we work as well as our focus areas in order to be at the forefront. Any reorg. is being carefully considered and will only go ahead if we believe it'll add value to the organisation and make us more competitive.

      Free work time, strong cowokers, bonuses, summer and winter parties

      Cons

      You have to be ready that ones will suppose that you write viruses :) A lot of administrative barriers
