      Pros

      The DNA of the company is in-house technology meaning every solution is coming from our R&D. The company covers different aspect of cybersecurity and that's very interesting.

      Cons

      In the other side, process is killing the company. Go2Market strategy is not efficient.

      Example Of Micro Managed & terribly managed Company

      Micro managed at its Core, Single person decides everything and gives no control to anybody else. Terrible/poor hiring strategy, only one person decides and single round of interview without any developers involvement. Favouritism, fresher became senior just in 10 months. 70% crowd came from a single company and entire upper management is from there, so they never accept others. Claimed agile but nothing agile about it. Extremely russian way of working and if russia says anything, thats it, no other opinions. HR make sure to update fake reviews. Large number of testers but no Testing and extremely poor code quality. Arrogant developers who are proud of not writing test cases. Management just wants you to write code without any quality, just make russians happy. Waiting for a very soon positive review by some of the Hrs.
