Career Opportunities: There are ones. You can grow up in your main specialization, or you can change specialization, even few times. Of course, it will take some time. And, of course, there are some limits - it is not possible to have a lot of managers without developers. Actually, our HR are even a bit annoying when make us to rise in the world. It seems, they are thinking we HAVE TO grow above ourself always. As for me, an interesting work is more important than a career. Comp & Benefits: The cоmpany takes a care about its employees. It is full medical insurance for an employee and his children, free education and gym, subsidy for lunch, teambuildings. It is good office with a lot of green. For me it is quite pleasured place to work. But, of course, it is impossible to satisfy everyone. Work/Life Balance: The balance is excellent. Even more, the company continiously tries to improve the balance. Any employee can save a lot of time by using education and sport possibilities. Senior Management: Our senior managers are quite opened, harizmatic and adequvate people. Not all of them decisions were absolutely right - it's is normal, we are living in the real world. Culture & Values: For my taste, values are even too many. But, from the other side, anyone can find something good for himself. I'm working for Kaspersky Lab almost 15 years. All my investitions in the company - my time and my knowledges - are returned complitely through dividends as an expirience, new knowledges and comfort of living. I like my company and I am not going to leave.
