      Pros

      Opportunity to travel. Fairly paid. Great employee benefits. Great working culture (doesn't apply to all regional offices). Invest in their employees. Continuous learning opportunities.

      Cons

      Communication breakdown between regional/HQ offices.

      Pros

      People. Great colleagues, who will help you, who will allow you to help the customer, and save the world. Not too bureaucratised.

      Cons

      People. Management should listen to employees. No need to increase bureaucracy, as processes are working fine already. Incompetent people are not being fired.

As for cons, people are the core value of our company; we usually think more than twice before labeling someone as incompetent.
