Not flashy but solid

Pros

Management is top notch and very supportive Good benefits- we got fitbits for a healthy initiative program Good technology - gartner magic quadrant Pay is good This is a white collar job with a blue collar environment. There are no flashy perks associated with some of the other tech companies just a solid product and solid people. Everyone is really helpful there is not a lot of push-back when it comes to writing business.

Cons

It would be great to have the option to work from home .

Great Benefits, opportunity to work from home, great culture, very casual.

Cons

HQ has absolutely no clue how to run our region (They are based off Russia) cutting people constantly, you never know when your last day will be. They shut down ideas because we are "Stupid Americans". They want to run things without any input from employees. Under paid employees.
