      Kaspersky lab is result driven organization with great working enviroment.

      Cons

      As company grows it becomes a less of "family business" and more of "corporate giant" with all of cons and pros of such transition.

      Hi there, It's great that we're over 3000 employees and someone still believes that we can stay a "family business." Well, we try to keep the spirit of being a Kaspersky family and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.       work itself, always different; relations between the employees traditionally warm and respectable; a great number of non-money benefits; everybody has ability to self-development; nice working environment; a lot of interesting corporate events
