      Pros

      The work atmosphere is great. Everyone is friendly and down to Earth. The executives are very easy to approach. No idea is a bad idea.

      Cons

      Ruled Internationally and it causes a huge disconnect in reasonable expectations. What works in Europe does not mean it works here. Ironically, there are ZERO Business System Tools. Investing in a common infrastructure to become more efficient is non existent...in North America. A lot of Upper Management Turnover

      You get to wear casuals everyday, Nice new office in Paddington, Free biscuits and coffee, Great for CV, Great job-titles for everyone, Holidays are easy to take,

      Cons

      Chaotic Management, Constant Flux and Change with working practices, Nearly half the workforce have left in the UK in past 6 months, Poor pay, Huge blame culture problem, Management don't listen (too much ego), Lack of communications, Low morale, Ridiculous amount of brown nosing colleagues, too Sales-oriented, Cut-backs to R&D will hurt in the long run.
