      Interesting diverse company

      Pros

      I had a good experience at Kaspersky Lab, I progressed within the company. They also provided excellent training workshops. The work approach is flexible and environment dynamic and diverse.

      Cons

      As with all companies growing at a fairly fast rate this inevitably means change along the growth curve. So long as you have a flexible and adaptive attitude this is not a problem.

      Pros

      - Company structure allow employees to grow in their capabilities. - You are empower to work with local insights and involve in business at global scale. - Good salary & benefit rate in comparison with local company.

      Cons

      - Connection between colleagues are not close because many of them stay in different countries. - People quit very often. - Salary raise are slow considering the annual bonuses are good.

      Great IT department

      Pros

      VP of IT is very knowledgeable on all aspects of the department and can and does work with all of them at time. Very fair. Options for advancement.

      None that I can think of.
