      Pros

      Company gives many opportunities for development. Management gives the opportunity to manage your area in your own way, gives you the right to make a mistake and provides the required support. Many clever and talented colleagues willingly share their expertise.

      Cons

      We still do have many employees who are sure that it is their manager who is responsible for their success and career, but not themselves. But this mindset is slowly changing for the better.

      Pros

      1. Kaspersky Lab is a world's largest privately held vendor of endpoint protection solutions, one of the top four antivirus vendors and innovative vendor of security software for home and business users. 2. Favorable culture&values make employee to grow up, and employee can make a great plan for career development 3. Favorable welfare institution, free working time and so on.

      Cons

      1. Salary need to be increased although welfare is good. 2. Product areas need to be expanded, not only focused on internet security.

      quite big salary free gym free massage lunch compensation comfortable office, close to metro underground parking (need to pay) meeting rooms, equipment and etc - very fine! 100% medical insurance (including for all child)

      Cons

      Open space office environment (for someone it is a cons for someone is a pros) Expansive underground parking

      Hello an employee of a cool company, We're happy you appreciate our benefits. If you're suffering from open space some times, do not hesitate to use think tanks rooms to work alone. We share parking fees with employees historically. It has never been appreciated by the team, so we review this policy every single year. And believe or not, but we'd do parking covered by the company for 100%, but we can't yet. We want to pay your attention that despite parking maintenance costs are growing, employees share stays the same - 6000 rubles per months for 4 years. Yours, HR Team
