Pros

Great people with intellectual approach and positive attitude to work. Technically driven company (sometime too much technically) that puts R&D people on the very respective positions in the company. Really great projects to participate in and you feel that you really can bring value.

Cons

A lot of politics internally. Decisions are very often taken not by business needs or strategical perspective but by personal influence of some people or groups. A lot of org transformation last 3 years that brings neverending changes of organizational structure, managers and areas of responsibility. People are working in unstable surrounding that demotivates a lot.

Good conditions, good people, really good compensations. In some departments work looks really interesting. Eugene is really impressive "big boss".
