The personnel of the company is very smart, and technologies are interesting to implement. Company spends a lot on training and education. Culture is welcoming friendly relationships, and is eager to add fun. The company does not save on little things, provides great compensation package, so you get a feeling of abundance.

Cons

Company has yet to learn to set consistent goals. Without this consistency organization constantly goes through changes, which make people exhausted and turn them into protective behavior.
