      Smart people, interesting technology, and still family owned business

      The company tries to adapt to market changes quickly, on the expense of employees, very fast changing, with majority of the employees are less than 2 years in the company

      Kaspersky Lab is a progressive, innovative company. They have a world-class marketing team that has made Kaspersky one of the most successful security software companies. There are many fast-paced, inventive campaigns at all times.

      There is a lot of re-structuring of teams, some conflicts between competing goals.
