Brilliant and creative people, very warm and friendly atmosphere after you get accepted. Comfortable environment, schedule, perfect IT environment, ability to sometimes work remotely Fair benefits and social package, great corporate events and trainings

Cons

Compensation package not so good Unprofessional senior management (some examples already gone - that's better now!) Company is very very slow for changes Not performance-oriented environment
