Pros

Nice and smart colleagues. It's easy to text someone you need from another department whether it is Sales or R&D. You can reach out literally anyone and get a response. The positive atmosphere and willingness to share knowledge. Great office, especially for Moscow. Gym, cafeteria, parking, table-tennis rooms, gosh there is a beach right in front of the doors (ok, 50 meters)

Cons

There are no clear rules on how to get a promotion. I mean there is no grade system of any kind and it is strange. Different rules for different teams. As for now, it is forbidden to remotely work from abroad and I really don't get it because we have international offices in Asia, UAE, and Europe
