      Pros

      Pros: Flexible work schedule, opportunities to visit cybersec conferences and speak on them as well. Great expertese that shared among teams and departments with over 25 years of knowledge base and research. Company ethics on high level too. Company cares about retention with many benefits (13th salary, extended vacation, food, fitness compensations, good health insurance, annual corporate party and warm teambuildings)

      Cons

      As far as I understood, company does not hold employees if they get counter offer.

      Colleagues are always willing to lend a helping hand, making it a supportive and inclusive environment. Working together as a team has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my experience here
