Pros
All colleagues are top professionals in their area. The company is very human centric. They invest heavily in growing and developing people, financial support in difficult life situations, generously encourage with various perks, benefits, and bonuses. There are a lot of interesting projects both in terms of functionality and technical design. You can move from one project to another. It is possible to keep great work/life balance. At least in the projects where I worked.
