One of top 5 companies in Moscow market. More than competitive salaries, work conditions and benefits. Software development in system programming or a specific system security domain where this company is always on the cutting edge of expertise.

Cons

Permanent risk of being excluded from certain markets due to geopolitical situation since it's a Russian company. All other cons are typical to big companies - un-coordination and concurence between the departments, sometimes inappropriately strict local software security policies, questionable choice of tools and technologies in some projects. These are project-dependent things, they may either be present or not.

Geopolitics. The company is under pressure, often unfairly, but it is understandable due to the current situation in the world.

Nice people, good salary. Very experienced teammates. Social support of employees.

Cons

Poor documentation. Some tech debt problems. On this position i can work only from Russia and I have no job after relocation to another country.
