      A lot of bureaucracy, a lot of negotiations, a lot of unnecessary technical procedures, very inflexible management.

      Big company where there is the opportunity to learn new skills. Many different projects you can move from team to another.

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic company, any step you need to coordinate with multiple departments. Very high security, sometimes excessive.
