      1. Good salary 2. Exposure to different countries

      1. No planning in manpower so layoffs are so common 2. No clarity in job role 3. Too many layers in between and no transparency from top down 4. Toxic & draining and not worth your time or energy 5. Perfect example of workplace gaslighting 6. No work-life balance
