      Good environment, the worst staff management

      You can have a great communication with your coworkers and your managers. You can learn a lot from them.

      Cons

      The people in charge don't have empathy with the workers. One day suddenly, they fired a lot of good people. We can understand that the company doesn't pass the best moment, but the workers could be advised early.
