      - nice technologies to learn - good balance work-life - good perks (life insurance, grocery voucher, 15-20 holidays)

      Cons

      - hard to climb the ladder path due not clear requeriments for every level. - stuck in a very-scoped projects (stuck in terms of learning) - hiring-frozen since 2022~ in tech

      Pros

      UX culture is great. Product and Tech team are also really kind. Tech stack might be a little bit old and messy. You have the possibility to share your ideas with almost anyone and you'll be listened but you have to push it really hard and by your own. Payment above average in Argentina with an OK compensation pack. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Stakeholders can change the priorities almost every quarter. Career path is not what expected. It's difficult to be promoted because team constantly are being reduced in size.
