      Pros

      Beautiful working environment, very modern and new building, as it is quite a new hotel. Lucerne as a big city not too far, they provide accommodation if neccessary.

      Cons

      They don`t treat their employees so well or try to keep them in the company, even after years of working there. Their goal is to have a lot of cheap interns.. They make their employees over work extremely, because they are not willing to hire enough people for their rolls. HR often ignores emails and very very slow. All in all, if you try to come to Switzerland it sounds a fancy opportunity to start with, they provide job and accommodation. But otherwise, people do not stay long here.

      Discount stay at other hotels overseas Nothing good, benefits less than other hotel brands

      Cons

      Deep problem never get surface, either everyone quit or get fired to find someone to blame Look good outside but inside is horribly toxic Work long hours (work time is already long still need do more OT) No increment even when work for many years Only want to cut cost and not hire staff

      Pros

      The team is nice, well located company. The company is well known in the field, good discounts in the branch. Good to start or end your career and make contacts in the field.

      Cons

      Old management style, micromanagement, poor hybrid work police (only 1 day wfh), does not have a clear career path for corporate employees, payment bellow the market in most of positions. High turnover
