There is no any pros

Cons

No food at night shifts, terrible management, crazy idiotic schedules, putting employees for choose to bot provide the service or put their lives in a risk (getting luggage on the highway)

Multi ethnical team Possibility of working in various outlets Regulated shifts Uniform cleaning Historical building and beautiful grounds

Cons

The food served to the staff was terrible. Very low salary and not enough training for the staff. No bonuses, no benefits, except for discount in other Kempinski hotels. Very poor staff house with many malfunction issues that were never solved. Very bad housekeeping maintenance on the outlets. Owner would treat us bad for no reason.
