Pros

- Diverse teams - Travelling system for employees

Cons

- Salaries lower than average on the market - No yearly salary indexation - Poorly managed Human Resources department, as Manager taking care only to benefit the company, not employees - Unhealthy food in the staff canteen, not managing to place food tags to avoid allergy situations, even after repeated requests - Departments Heads Lack of knowledge (practical side) and therefore disability to teach and lead the team, thus no motivation for a better result - Yearly evaluations (TTTT) happening less often than once per year. Moreover, sometimes with the employee reminders - Absence of a clear and adequate (achievable) sales bonus system

You get everything you need. The salary is okay the colleagues are nice and lota of extras. They take care of the people
