- Low standards of service, hospitality, empathy, humility (lack of training) - Carelessness about F&B operations (hygiene, guest experience, unskilled operations...) - Disregard of teamwork (manager in a position of detractor) - Default of service charge to new members (demotivation of staff) - Disparities between local staff and foreigners (segregations among team members)
