Nice international atmosthere with opportunities tocareer growth in accordance to performance, educating trainings, full holiday compensations, some additional finace simulus.

Lack of adapting and understanding the local environment and mentality of general manegers who are rotating quite fast in the area there are oparating there duties. nobody say they don't try, but just most are not mature enough to deal with their firm opinion how the world should look like
