international work environment, room to create and bring in ideas, centrally located in Frankurt with good public transportation, free canteen, employee events & activities, growing company in Europe

Cons

little structure and weak processes, infrastructure is missing as company grew too fast to keep up with the changes, cultural challenges between Korean and local employees, communication needs improvement
