Small company so everyone knows each other, supports each other and gets on well. Really fun and friendly, motivated environment. Supportive management and inspiring leadership. Good benefits package including free food, health insurance, company car. Summer and Christmas parties and team nights out. (PS-this is KIA motors UK not US, but it wasnt an option in the drop down)

Pretty good salary, prob one of the highest salary you could get in seoul korea i suppose. Also have a stong union.

Cons

Should kind of obey to your boss no matter what it is. Quite a lot of extra work. And have to work late often times
