      Pros

      Huge opportunities, strict ethics, very good salary and benefits. Focused on your strengths, very good top management. Looking to become a global player in the automobile industry so its full of great challenges.

      Cons

      Workaholic culture, very inflexible to adapt to local customs. Some people are extremely competitive and do not work as team. Work / Life balance almost doesn't exists, because of the Korean culture which is focused on results.

      Some travel and stable pay check, looks good on resume, younger team members very hospitable.

      Cons

      Very poor management of foreign employees, no training, direction and primary work duties will be minor and menial tasks. Hostile and uncomfortable working conditions, inappropriate and unprofessional language used often, racial slurs, and sexual harassment. A lot of internal politics and promotions after two years of employment, they will terminate your contract and start again fresh and wait to the last minute. A lot of internal selling required to make your direct manager look good. Working in Kia in Korea is an environment for Korean employees only, attractive foreign females, or foreigners who have 100% assimilated to Korean working conditions will be OK.
