Koreans rule, locals have no say.
Pros
Change to bring in your own ideas and work. A lot. European organisation still growing, so there is room for ideas. Nice local colleagues. Good canteen. Car option for managers.
Cons
The Korean expats from Seoul run the show, even if there are local managers. But the Koreans have the say and the locals are just puppets. Employees who stay just do what the Koreans say, and can never say no. Everything is ruled by hierarchy and Korean culture. It is NOT a meritocracy. Women are tolerated; if it were up to the Koreans, women at work would at most be tea ladies or secretaries. If you have some experience and brains and don't want to kowtow to some expat who is only fulfilling orders from HQ, can't explain himself in English about what should be done (and why); and if you want to do more complex work than that what a monkey should be hired to do, then don't work here. You will just be frustrated from the get-go.
