      Cons

      This company is plagued with inherent politics and cliques. The human resource department struggles to maintain their own staff; as well as, hiring for companywide positions because of low pay and new hires recognizing the politics and cliques. Most leave to Rivian and other OEMs with much better pay and working conditions.

      Work life balance Good company benefits (12% EPF, team lunch, company lunch)

      Bad politics One bad leader ruins whole experience for whole team - no proper guidance, bad vibes, toxic HR notices problems happening in departments but have no actions and no secrecy. Bonus doesnt reach 1 month and is paid late since following HQ policies Informations throughout the company is not circulated through email and only travels through word of mouth
