      Pros

      Stability at least up to a few years ago. Friendly work environment. You get plenty of training and support to help you learn. This is becasue the work environment is not as competivtive and team work is heavily encouraged

      Cons

      Difficult balance between work and family as expected work hours are excessive. You are expected to do a lot of 12-16 hour days and many weekends. You are also expected to support swing shift work as a project engineer.

      KC is a nice place to work if you are looking for a nice, stable job in a family friendly community.

      Pros

      The facilities where nice. They had a free gym and a cafeteria on site which served decent food.

      Cons

      Location - Northern Wisconsin is not the type of place you want to be as a young professional. Nice place to settle down and have a family though. Buildings where old - they had me tucked away in the basement. Was never clear how projects I worked on helped the organization. Never saw the physical piece of equipment my software supported. Supervisor didn't care to review my work nor did he take the time to find me additional work when I had completed my assigned tasks.
