Can Give It A Miss

Pros

- Hybrid working environment that only requires 2 work day in office - Stuff purchases

Cons

- overly savings driven at the expense of supply assurance and team knowledge - high rate of attrition resulting in lack of continuity especially both in working level and top management team. We have get explain the same rationale year after year to different people in the same roles. - top management unable to appreciate and support working team in their work. importantly they do not listen and trust the voices from the ground - Senior Management knowledge of full spectrum of the job is narrow. - messy scope of responsibility where job scope is unclear - poor medical benefits and annual leave scheme - budget for business travel only for top management where critical need for working level often rejected
