Pros

- Collaborative culture and friendly people - Most people have long tenures with KC, indicating employee satisfaction - People come at a normal time and leave at a normal time, which tells me they value work-life balance and thats the culture that gets passed on to young employees as well - A truly beautiful campus

Cons

Hard to grow in your role - there isn't a clear path to seniority

Pros

Great benefits, decent pay, hybrid flexibility.

Cons

Company does not invest in their employees (Lack of training, lack of travel, lack of employee recognition). Unrealistic objectives expectations and Management will wiggle those objectives to benefit them and the company, not the employee. Company does not give consistent annual pay raises, and when they do, they are very minimal (1-2% per year). Lack of appreciation for employees.
