There is no pros, every other company in the area provides the same or better work conditions.

Cons

Terrible management and leadership. Toxic from top to bottom, no one cares about improvements. Ancient procedures, zero ability to keep up with market and tech advancements. There's no one currently in a leadership position with the skills and capabilities to enhance anything significant.

Accountability culture is lacking and that starts right at the top. Work environment is extremely dated, and manufacturing cell is lacking anything you would expect to see of a high-volume manufacturing facility.
