Business Outlook
Pros
Some great products and great potential but unable to maximize due to current working atmosphere. There are a lot of procedure and tools in place to help you succeed, but tough to utilize.
Cons
Layoff after layoff, plants closing........zero loyalty to employees. Current regime is maximizing profit dollars by paying 1% raises to there "performers" and now cutting the bonus of those who fail to meet expectations. Products priced higher than competition and main focus is Walmart and Costco. Understand business is business but the misinformation the company puts out to redirect attention away from their shortfalls is not right/moral.
