      Strong financial position. Fairly secure

      Cons

      Not focused on American markets. Better to seek employment from Clearwater or another company that is investing in its American Manufacturing.

      Pros

      Good flexibility with hours, typically good peers to work with, solid health and retirement benefits, relatively relaxed dress code, stable core businesses that do not vary much based on the national economy.

      Cons

      The working environment used to be much more 'family' like and personal but has definitely moved much more impersonal over the last few years. The focus has definitely shifted to results and rating people into boxes based on performance. Also, leadership has definitely distanced themselves more and more from the day to day work and are much more out of touch than ever.

      I was given complete control of how I could increase sales. I felt well compensated, valued, and respected by the company.

      Cons

      Since I was given almost complete independence, there was little feedback on my performance. I would have liked some sort of review or how I could improve.
